Everyone at Lowes was happy not to have our bill today!! The employees couldn't stop laughing as it kept coming and coming and coming!! I need a glass of wine!!

here is the front parlor room framing. the curved wall is really going to look nice. were happy they made up keep it for "historic" purposes. its really going to look great :)

Here is Brians baby! He spent hours getting all the junk off the joists sanding cleaning spraying. It looks great and was such hard work. Special thanks to Tom and Josh for helping out so much! We really owe you guys :)

Back From Europe

Well, we are back from over 5 weeks in Europe. I was a bit too long, but a great experience.

We will start to update this blog more often as progress will be picking up greatly.

The new basement slab with two sump pumps is complete and the rough framing is done. There are some minor corrections that will take place in framing over the next couple weeks, but plumbing and HVAC rough in will begin early next week.
